Team plan

Run clips with other people: seats and pooled tokens, inviting members, workspace roles, brand access presets, the permission matrix, and who sees what.

What Team adds

Team is a Pro workspace that holds more than one person. It comes with 5 seats, 10,000 tokens a month pooled across everyone, unlimited brands, 25 Auto-track channels, and 10 analyses at once. Everything else works exactly as it does for one person: the brands, the decks, the schedules.

Members spend from one shared balance. A clipper's approved Moment is charged to the workspace, not to the clipper, and top-up packs and auto refill work on the workspace's balance. Seats count every person in the workspace, the owner included, plus pending invitations; Members shows used against the plan and the Invite button disables when every seat is taken. (Basic, Plus, and Pro hold one person; on those plans the Members page simply says what Team opens.)

The Members page
Four of five seats: the owner, two members with one brand each, and a pending invitation. A member's access opens from their row.

Two layers of access

1Workspace roleOwner, Admin, or Member. The coarse layer.
2Brand accessFor a Member: a level on each area of each brand. The fine layer.
3What they seeOnly the brands they hold, and inside each only the tabs their access opens.

Workspace roles

RoleHolds
OwnerEvery brand, billing, and the workspace itself: deleting it and transferring ownership. One per workspace.
AdminEvery brand, and inviting and managing members. No billing.
MemberOnly the brands you grant, with the access you pick per brand. Nothing at the workspace level.

Owners and admins see everything and never need brand access; the Workspace entry in the sidebar is theirs alone. A member with no brand access sees an empty workspace until someone grants them one.

Brand access

A brand is the unit of delegation. Access gives one person a level on each area of one brand: None, View, or Edit, where Edit includes View. Three presets fill the levels in one click, and any row changed by hand reads Custom.

  • Reviewer decides in Review and sees nothing else. Swipes Moments; everything after the swipe is someone else's.
  • Clipper runs the loop: Review, Schedule, and Library with edit, plus a read-only look at the brand's Overview, Video sources, and Preferences. Cannot connect accounts or change the brand's setup.
  • Manager edits every area, including who holds the brand. Cannot delete it: deleting a brand stays with owners and admins.

Inviting people

On Workspace, Members, press Invite. Enter the email, pick a workspace role, and for a member pick the brands they start with and the access they get on them. The invitation goes out by email and lasts 7 days. Pending invitations are listed under People with Resend and Cancel, and each one holds a seat until it is answered.

Invite a member
Email, workspace role, the brands they start with and the access on them. The invitation lists as pending with its expiry.

The link lands the person on an accept page that names the workspace, who invited them, and their role. Someone who is not signed in is asked to sign in or create an account first; the account's email has to match the invited one. Accepting puts them straight into the workspace with the access you picked, skips the waitlist and the setup wizard, and opens on the first brand they can see. An expired, canceled, or declined invitation says so and asks for a new one.

Changing access

Access is managed in two places that show the same information:

  • Workspace settings, Members: each person's row lists their brands. Open it to change the access on a brand or to add one. Remove access takes the brand away.
  • A brand's Settings tab, Members: everyone who holds that brand and their access on it. Add gives a workspace member the brand as a Clipper; change the access in the row. Managers of a brand can add and change people here too.
The access editor
Pick a preset, or set View and Edit per area. A mix that matches no preset reads Custom.

Changes apply on the person's next page load. A brand they lose access to disappears from their sidebar and from every list.

Roles, ownership, and removal

The Role select on a person's row moves them between Member and Admin; an admin holds every brand, so their row reads All brands and per-brand access no longer applies. The More menu holds Transfer ownership (they take over billing and the workspace; you stay on as an admin) and Remove from workspace, which frees the seat. Pending invitations have Resend and Cancel in their row.

Roles, transfer, remove
Promote a member to Admin and every brand follows. Transfer ownership and Remove from workspace live behind More.

What each role sees

One brand, one tab. The sidebar shows Brands and the brand they hold; opening it lands on Review. No Home, no Billing, no Workspace, no token card.

A Reviewer's view
The brand's Review tab and nothing else. Pass, approve, and super like work exactly as they do for the owner.

A brand outside a member's access does not exist for them: its URL opens a not-found page, never a locked one. Notifications follow access too: a Moment waiting for review reaches the people who can review that brand, a failed post reaches the people who manage its schedule, and billing notices reach the owner.
