Account settings
Your profile picture, name, email, and time zone; password, two-factor, sign-in providers, and sessions; the bell and which alerts also email you.
Where it is
Account settings open from the gear beside your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Three sections sit on the left: Profile, Security, and Notifications, with Sign out under them. These settings are yours and follow you across every workspace; a workspace's own settings (name, time zone, members) live under Workspaces.
Profile
- Profile picture: PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB. Square works best. Without one, your initial shows in the sidebar.
- Display name: up to 32 characters.
- Email: used to sign in and for account notifications. Changing it sends a confirmation link to your current inbox first.
- Timezone: dates, times, and posting windows across SonnetClip read your time zone. Workspaces carry their own time zone for the schedule; see Workspaces.
Security
Notifications
The bell beside the gear lists your in-app notifications. They always show there; the Notifications section chooses which ones also email you. Every switch applies across all your brands.
| Notification | When |
|---|---|
| Moments ready | An analysis finished and its Moments await review. |
| Review backlog | Your unreviewed Moments have piled up. |
| Review reminder | Moments have waited a while for your call. |
| Post published | A scheduled post went live. |
| Post failed | A post could not be delivered after retries. |
| Quiet post taken down | A post stayed under your view floor and came down. |
| Account needs reconnect | A social account's authorization expired. |
| Disconnect canceled posts | Scheduled posts were canceled when you disconnected an account. |
| Auto refill receipt | Tokens were added and your card was charged. |
| Auto refill failed | An automatic refill could not complete. |
In a team workspace, notifications follow access: a Moment waiting for review reaches the people who can review that brand, a failed post reaches the people who manage its schedule, and billing notices reach the owner.
Schedule
The week board of every booked destination of a brand: what goes out where and when, the open slots left each day, and how to move, retry, or cancel one.
