Publish and grow
What happens after you approve: the Moment becomes a Post, is cut and captioned, booked into the schedule, delivered to each account, and measured on Home.
From Moment to Post
When you approve a Moment, it becomes a Post: one object that moves from unpublished to scheduled to published. A Post has one destination per account it goes to, and each destination carries its own time, status, and retries. The same clip going to TikTok at 11:00 and YouTube at 17:00 is one Post with two destinations.
Failed is the explicit repair state: one destination that could not be delivered, with the reason and a one-tap retry. It never affects the Post's other destinations.
What happens automatically
Cutting
The suggested window, including any trim you made in Review, is cut into the Post's video in two layouts: Landscape (the stream as broadcast) and Vertical (a 9:16 frame with a blurred fill, never cropped). Both always exist, so adding a destination later never waits for a new render.
Captions, hook, and watermark
Each destination gets its own finished file with the burned-in spoken words (Captions), the title burned onto the top (Hook), and the Watermark, styled the way that platform's page in your brand says. A destination with captions on does not post until its captioned video is ready.
Post text and hashtags
The suggested text travels with the Post and is composed per platform when it is sent: the Caption on TikTok and Instagram, the Title on YouTube, the Post on X, the title on Reddit. Hashtag budgets follow each platform: X carries at most two, YouTube up to five and always #Shorts, TikTok up to seven, Instagram up to eight, Reddit none. Your brand's Every post rules (a fixed last line, pinned hashtags) are applied here too.
Scheduling
Each destination is booked into the next open slot on its platform, following that platform's posting style: posts per day, a posting window, and spacing between posts. Different platforms are staggered a few hours apart rather than all firing at once. Every slot has a concrete time the moment you approve.
The Schedule
The brand's Schedule tab is a week board: one column per day, a card per destination with its time, title, and platform, and the open slots each platform still has that day. Move between weeks, jump back to Today, and filter by platform.
Tap a card's time to move it to another day and one of that day's open times. The destination you moved is pinned; other posts on the same platform shift around it so spacing and caps stay intact, and other platforms stay put. Move to front jumps a destination to the earliest valid slot. Failed destinations offer a one-tap retry, and any upcoming destination can be canceled from its card. A super liked Moment takes the earliest valid slot on each destination when it is approved, never past the daily cap or outside the posting window. The full reference is on Schedule.
The Post page
Open any Post from the Library or from a schedule card. The header carries the title with edit, download, and delete. The left column lists every platform the brand knows with that destination's state: Published, Scheduled, Not posting, or Not connected. Select one and the panel shows its When card, its text and hashtags, then the same Layout, Captions, Hook, and Watermark blocks the platform page has, applied to this destination only, beside a preview of the post as it will look on that platform.
From here you can:
- Reschedule, Cancel, or Retry a single destination, or Unpublish one the platform allows.
- Edit the text and hashtags for one destination without touching the others. Published posts cannot be edited.
- Give one destination its own layout, caption style, hook, or watermark placement. Changes save without rendering; Regenerate applies them now, and a send applies them first. The Video card says whether the current render matches the settings.
- Fix the words the captions burn with Edit transcript: change or remove words, timing never changes, and every captioned destination picks up the new words on its next render (Regenerate applies it right away).
- Add a destination any time, even to a Post that already went out elsewhere: pick Post now or Add to schedule.
- Open on platform, or Download video for a finished file you can post anywhere by hand.
Deleting a Post cancels its pending sends; anything already published stays live on the platform.
When something fails
Failure is a repairable state, never a dead card. The destination tells you what went wrong: the platform rejected the post, the account needs to be reconnected, delivery kept failing, the video was not ready in time, captions could not be rendered, the subreddit is missing, or your plan no longer includes that platform. Add to schedule books it again at the next open slot. A destination whose account needs reconnecting is held, not failed: it posts on its own once you reconnect in Social accounts.
Posts that never found an audience
Each platform page has an optional Take down quiet posts rule: once a day, posts older than your waiting period that stayed under your view floor are checked against the platform's live count and taken down if they are still under it. The clip is kept, the Post reads Taken down for low views, and Restore puts it back on the schedule. Off until you turn it on; see Posting setup per platform.
Watch it grow
Once a destination is live, its views and engagement appear on the Post and on the Posts tab, refreshed regularly, with a Refresh button for right now. The brand's Overview tab and Home roll everything up: views, engagements, and followers over the last 7, 30, or 90 days, a by-platform table, and the top posts of the period.
Home does the same across every brand you hold, so the morning glance is one screen: what is waiting for review, what went out, and what it did. See Home.
Keep it running
Turn on Auto-track on your channels and every finished stream becomes a deck on its own. Review for a few minutes, and the rest of the week posts itself. A steady flow of approvals fills the schedule evenly, which is what every platform rewards; the Best practices guides cover what to approve and why consistency wins.
