Schedule

The week board of every booked destination of a brand: what goes out where and when, the open slots left each day, and how to move, retry, or cancel one.

The week board

The brand's Schedule tab shows one week at a time, one column per day, with today marked. Each card is one destination of one Post: the time, the title, the platform and account. Under the cards, each platform's remaining open slots for that day are listed, so you can see where there is room. The same Post going to TikTok at 09:00 and YouTube at 12:00 is two cards.

The week board
Previous week, next week, today. Filter by platform. Tap a time to move a card.

Use the arrows to move a week back or forward, Today to jump back, and the platform pill to show one platform. Days follow the workspace's time zone (Workspace settings, General). On a plan that cannot post, the board is frosted with the plan that opens scheduling.

How slots are booked

When you approve a Moment, SonnetClip books each destination into the next open slot on its platform, following the platform's posting style: a daily cap, a posting window, and spacing between posts on the same platform. Slots land on a 15-minute grid, never in the past, never over the cap, never outside the window. Different platforms are staggered a few hours apart. You never pick a time by hand unless you want to, and every destination has a concrete time the moment you approve.

A super liked Moment takes the earliest valid slot on each destination instead of the next one in line, and may push an ordinary approval later to make room. It never moves a card you placed by hand and never breaks the cap or the window. If today is full, it takes tomorrow's first slot. For a clip that truly cannot wait, use Post now on the Post page.

Card states

StateMeaning
PreparingThe Post is still rendering (or its captions are). It schedules itself when ready.
ScheduledBooked for the time shown.
PostingBeing delivered right now. It can no longer be moved.
PublishedLive on the platform at the time shown. Views and likes appear once the platform reports them.
FailedNot delivered, with the reason. One tap books it again.
CanceledWithdrawn, by you or by the product (an account was disconnected, or the quiet-post rule took it down). It can go back on the schedule from the Post.

Rearranging

Tap a card's time to pick a new day and one of that day's open times. The card you moved is pinned to its new time, and other cards on the same platform shift around it so spacing and caps stay intact. Other platforms stay put, so moving a Post's TikTok destination does not move its YouTube destination.

  • Move to front jumps a destination to the earliest valid slot for its platform.
  • Cancel destination withdraws an upcoming card; the destination can be restored from the Post later.
  • A failed card offers a one-tap retry that books it at the next open slot.

Cards that have already posted, or are posting right now, stay fixed. The posting window and the daily cap come from the platform's page in Posting setup per platform; the board never overrides them.

Tips

  • Review regularly rather than in one big session. A steady flow of approvals fills the board evenly, and consistency is what every platform rewards.
  • After a Needs reconnect notice, look at the past days: an expired connection is the most common reason a send fails, and once the account is reconnected a held destination posts on its own.
  • Scheduling never spends tokens. Only analysis is metered; see Billing.
