Your brand

Personalize your brand

Shape what a brand clips and how it writes: clip lengths, goal, Moment kinds, volume, the voice behind every caption and hook, and the fixed parts of a post.

Where it lives

Every brand has a Preferences tab with two cards, Clips and Voice, and one Save preferences button that writes whichever changed. Each card shows a Set or Not set chip so you can see at a glance what the brand still runs on defaults. Changes apply to analyses that start after you save; Moments already in your Library keep their copy.

Clips: what the brand picks

Four questions decide what the analysis looks for in every stream the brand clips. The recommended option comes first in each row and the wizard preselects it, so you only touch what you want to change.

Clips preferences
Pick lengths, the goal, the kinds of Moments you want, and how many each stream should send to Review. One Save.

One channel, several brands

A stream that feeds more than one brand is analyzed once with the union of their Clips settings: every requested length and kind, the largest volume. Each brand then reviews the Moments its own settings accept.

Voice: how the brand writes

Voice is guidance for the writer behind every caption, title, hook, and hashtag set. Five optional fields, each up to 500 characters. Fill in what matters and leave the rest empty. Voice opens on Plus and up; below Plus the card is frosted with the upgrade path.

Voice and the Every post rules
Describe how the accounts should sound, then pin the parts of every post that must never change.
FieldWhat it steers
What these accounts are forWho you are, who watches, and what the accounts should achieve. Context the writer keeps in mind.
Tone of voiceHow every caption and Hook sounds. Casing, humor, slang, words you never use.
Post textHow the text under each post reads: the TikTok and Instagram Caption, the YouTube Title, the X Post.
On-video hooksHow the Hook, the short title burned onto the top of each clip, is written.
HashtagsGuidance for the hashtags picked per post. Tags that must appear on every post go under Every post.

A voice changes wording, not facts. Rewritten copy still credits the streamer by name, the hook keeps its length cap, and each platform's hashtag budget still applies. Leave every field empty and your Moments carry the same copy as everyone else's for that stream.

Every post: the fixed parts

Under the Voice card, Every post holds the pieces the writer never rewrites. They are applied when a post is composed, so saving a change reaches every post that has not been sent yet, at once.

  • Ends with: a fixed last line added to every post's text exactly as written (up to 120 characters). "Full streams on twitch.tv/novaplays", for example.
  • Always include: up to five hashtags that lead every post's block, after the ones the writer picks.
  • Drop source hashtags: removes the platform source block (#twitch, #twitchclips, #kick, #kickclips, #livestreamclips) from every post. The streamer's name tag stays.

Editing one destination's hashtags by hand on its Post replaces the whole block and bypasses these rules; editing its text keeps the last line under it.

Logo, name, and color

The brand's Settings tab holds its identity: a logo (PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB), the name, and one of five colors. A change shows on every mark at once: the sidebar, Home, the Brands grid, and the brand header.

Brand settings
Upload a logo, rename, recolor, save. The mark updates everywhere it appears.
