Workspaces
A workspace is who: the people, the plan, the tokens, and the seats. A brand is where. How workspaces hold brands, switching, creating one, and settings.
The idea
A workspace is who: the people, the plan, the token balance, and the seats. A brand is where: the channels, the voice, the connected accounts, the posting. A workspace holds any number of brands, and nothing crosses between workspaces: a brand in one is invisible from another, and a workspace's tokens are spent only on its own analyses.
Every account comes with one workspace named after you, your personal workspace. Everything you do happens inside it, and most people never need a second one. The feature exists for anyone who runs content with other people, or who wants two unrelated operations kept apart: a clipping business with several clippers, a streamer with an editor, an agency with one place per client.
Switching
The switcher sits at the top of the sidebar, above Home. It lists every workspace you belong to with your role in each. Pick one and every page re-reads for it: Home, Brands, Billing, the token card. A person in two operations moves between them in one click.
Creating a workspace
Create workspace sits in the same menu. It asks for a name only: the time zone copies from your account and the new workspace becomes active right away, with you as its owner. It starts empty, with one brand and no channels or accounts, on Basic until you pick a plan for it.
Creating additional workspaces is rolling out gradually. If the option is missing from your menu, your account does not have it yet.
Workspace settings
Workspace in the sidebar (owners and admins only) opens the settings with two sections. General holds the name, which the switcher and invitations use, and the time zone the schedule and every brand's day run on. Members is where people, roles, and brand access live; see Team plan.
Leaving and deleting
- Leave workspace removes your access to every brand in it. An owner can invite you back. The only owner cannot leave; transfer ownership first.
- Delete workspace removes its brands, members, invitations, and scheduled posts. Remove the members first; a workspace with members cannot be deleted.
- Your personal workspace cannot be left or deleted on its own. It goes with your account; see Account settings.
Billing follows the workspace
Plans, tokens, packs, and auto refill belong to a workspace, not to you. Two workspaces have two balances and two plans. The Billing page always shows the active workspace, and the token card at the bottom of the sidebar follows the switcher. See Billing.
