The agenda

Schedule is your time viewport: a vertical agenda of every scheduled publication across all destinations, starting at today and running through the last day that has something booked. Each entry is one destination of one Post (its copy, hashtags, account handle, platform mark, time, and status) so you can see at a glance what is going out, where, and when. The same Post going to TikTok at 11:00 and YouTube Shorts at 17:00 is two entries, which keeps "where it is going" honest.

Days are shown in your timezone (set it in Settings, under Profile). Today sits at the top, and empty days in between show an open-slot hint so you can see where there is room. Use Earlier days at the top to look back a week at a time, which is where yesterday's failed sends live. A Today button jumps back to the present, and the platform filter narrows the agenda to one connected platform.

What each entry shows

An entry carries the clip thumbnail, the title that will accompany the post, its hashtags, the account it goes to, and the scheduled time. Failed entries show the reason. Published entries show view and like counts once the platform reports them. Tap the entry to open its Post (see Publishing).

How slots are booked

When you approve a Moment in Review, SonnetClip books its destinations into plan slots automatically using sensible per-platform defaults: a daily cap, a preferred posting window, and spacing between posts on the same platform. Different platforms are staggered a few hours apart rather than all firing at once. You never have to pick a time by hand, and posts stay spread out instead of landing in a clump.

Every slot has a concrete time the moment you approve. The agenda never shows a vague "sometime later" entry.

You can adjust the posts-per-day cap and the posting window per platform on the Accounts page. The agenda never overrides those rules: a time outside the window or over the cap is refused, and nothing changes.

Rearranging

Tap an entry's time to pick a new day (within the next two weeks) and one of that day's open times. The entry you moved is pinned to its new time, and other entries on the same platform shift around it so spacing and caps stay intact. Other platforms stay put, so moving the TikTok publication of a Post does not move its YouTube publication.

Move to front jumps an entry to the earliest valid slot for its platform. Failed entries offer a one-tap retry that rebooks them at the next open slot, and any upcoming entry can be canceled from its card (the destination can be restored from the Post later). Entries that have already posted, or are posting right now, stay fixed.

Super-likes go first

A super-liked Moment takes the earliest valid slot for each of its destinations instead of the next open one, and may push a regular approval later to make room. It never moves an entry you placed by hand, never exceeds the daily cap, and never posts outside the posting window. If today is full, it takes tomorrow's first slot. For clips that truly cannot wait, use Publish to on the Post to send as soon as the render is ready.

Tips

• Review regularly rather than in one big session. A steady flow of approvals fills the agenda evenly; see Best Practices for why consistency wins.
• Check Earlier days after a reconnect prompt on the Accounts page. An expired connection is the most common reason a send fails, and retry is one tap once the account is reconnected.
• Reviewing, scheduling, and publishing never spend minutes. Only analysis is metered (see Billing).
