What Library is for

Library is the record of everything SonnetClip has made for you and analyzed for you. Where Review is about deciding and Schedule is about timing, Library is about finding: the Post you published last week, the Moment you passed on and want back, the stream that produced them. It answers two questions: where is that thing, and what did it come from?

Three tabs

The page opens on Posts, because that is what you check most. Two more tabs sit beside it:

• Posts: everything you have approved, as the same managed cards you know from the rest of the product. Filter by status (All, Unpublished, Scheduled, Published, Failed) and sort by newest, schedule, views, or engagement. A Refresh button pulls current metrics on demand.
• Moments: every Moment SonnetClip has ever suggested to you, across every stream, including the ones you passed on. Filter by decision (To review, Approved, Passed) and sort by newest, highest score, or position in the stream.
• VODs: every broadcast, imported VOD, URL, and upload you have analyzed. Filter by status (Ready, Processing, Failed) and sort by newest, oldest, or longest. New analysis lives on this tab.

Every tab shares a Source filter (All, Twitch, Kick, Manual, where Manual covers uploads and links) and a search box. Search looks at titles, creators, and, for Moments, the transcript snippet. Everything you pick lands in the page URL, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared.

Finding a Moment you passed on

Passing a Moment in the deck is not the end of it. Open the Moments tab, pick Passed, and it is there with the rest. Select it to watch the clip, read why it was picked, and see which stream it came from. From there you can send it Back to review, or approve it on the spot. Approved Moments become Posts and cannot be un-approved; deleting the Post is the way back.

On a desktop, selecting a Moment opens it in a panel beside the list so you can move through several without leaving the page. On a phone, each Moment opens its own page.

Lineage

Every Post, Moment, and VOD shows where it sits in the chain:

• A Post shows its source VOD and the Moment it was cut from, with the timecode, and links to both.
• A Moment shows its source VOD and time range, when and how it was decided, and the Post it became, if any.
• A VOD shows how many Moments it produced, how many you approved or passed, how many Posts came out of it, how many are published, and the Moment to Post conversion. Its Moments and Posts sections link straight into the filtered tabs.

Starting a new analysis

The New analysis button on the VODs tab takes a video file (MP4, MOV, or MKV, up to six hours) or a link: a direct video URL, a Twitch VOD, or a Kick VOD. You can add a creator name so post captions and hashtags credit the right person. Twitch and Kick sources use the channel name automatically.

The dialog shows how many analysis minutes your plan has left before you start. Every analysis is metered in minutes of source media, so a two-hour upload spends 120 minutes (see Billing). Broadcasts caught by Track Live on your Channels land here too, without any action from you. Running analyses show their progress live, and a failed analysis carries an inline retry.

How long content is kept

Analyses and everything linked to them stay in your Library for your plan's retention window, whatever you decided about each Moment. Moments leave the Review deck two weeks after the broadcast, since topical clips lose value fast, but they stay in the Library.

Deleting an analysis

Deleting an analysis permanently removes it together with all of its Moments and Posts, and cancels any pending sends. Use it for test uploads or a broadcast you never want to see again. If you only want to stop one publication, cancel that destination from the Schedule or the Post instead.

Why outcomes matter

The lineage view closes the loop. You can see which sources and which kinds of Moments turn into Posts that perform, and SonnetClip learns the same lesson from your decisions, so each new analysis is sharper than the last.
